RESERVATION DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The following policies are for all individual reservations. For wedding and group enquiries, please note we are only accepting these at Blue Haven Resort. For more information please contact groups@turksandcaicoscollection.com.
Deposit: A 30% deposit will be charged at time of booking to secure a room reservation.
Final payment: The balance will be charged 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation: The deposit is fully refundable on reservations that are cancelled, in writing, at least 31 days before arrival. If reservation is cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
Holiday Period Cancellation: For holiday travel free cancellation 31 days or more prior to arrival. 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
No shows: No shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
Early departures: Early departures will not be refunded for any unused nights.
We recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect you, your loved ones and your vacation investment against cancellation charges and unforeseen circumstances.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
- HOLIDAY PERIOD: A 7-night minimum stay is required

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCIES
- Studios – 2 people
- One bedroom suites – 4 people
- Two bedroom suites – 6 people
- Three bedroom suites – 8 people
- Four bedroom penthouse – 12 people
Occupancy is based on existing bedding in the room.
EXTRA PERSON CHARGES
All-inclusive package rates are calculated based on the correct number of persons in the room at the time of booking. Reservations made with the incorrect number of persons in the room will not be accepted at check-in. Please revise your reservation before arrival if extra persons are coming to recalculate the correct pricing.
Kids 4 and under stay free, while kids 5-10 are $75 USD each.
Kids age 12 and under stay free in a suite when traveling with paying adults up to the maximum occupancy (e.g, a 1-Bedroom Suite with 2 adults will allow 2 free kids up to the maximum occupancy of 4 persons). Be sure to indicate the age of the child in your reservation at time of booking. Kids welcome at Alexandra Resort and Blue Haven Resort.
HURRICANE POLICY
If the Turks and Caicos Islands are under a hurricane warning from NOAA’s National Hurricane Center
Before Arrival: Change fees are waived. Credit will be provided in a certificate for a future stay to be taken by Dec. 24 of the next calendar year for travel during a similar season (low or high) based on availability.
Late Arrival / Early Departure: Change fees and short stay penalties are waived. Guest can receive a credit for unused nights due to late arrival or early departure. Credit will be provided in a certificate for a future stay to be taken by Dec. 24 of the next calendar year.
In-House Guest Stay Extensions: Should the Providenciales Airport (PLS) be closed temporarily, special reduced rates will be extended directly to affected in-house guests to extend their stay based on availability.
